Unbelievable

Well, I did it this time. Which is really nothing new just another pain in my butt to contend with (which I create for myself usually).

Since I have come back to using my WordPress sites, my free account has been annoying me with its layout and capitalizing every word. In addition to that the page graphics are so big! I have attempted to reduce their size with no success.

In the beginning

When I decided to tackle the world of blogging it began with a paid WordPress account where I rent the .com domain (this site). The free account came with. I was quickly overwhelmed by the process and had several errors driving me bonkers. I solicited the help of a great man, who has since become a long-distance friend; Md. Obydulla.

Md. Obydulla created the theme pages that make up A Life Retired.com. The free site is my learning tool. After creating the pain I am dealing with right now I will likely ask my friends help in making any changes to the paid site. Anyway,

So, I go theme shopping

Amongst all the different themes that WordPress offers for free I had to pick the one with no home page. This has left a void where my old home page used to be. I will likely spend several hours, if not days attempting to get that figured out. On the upside of all this my page is more appealing to me even though its a bit more challenging to figure out….

…The challenge is my being out of the process for several years and the changes that developed in that time frame. No moss gathers under the rolling stone of technology.
