Partake of the Apple family
After the memorial run I took my iPad to the Apple store. It would not connect to cellular, for no reason, Friday morning. When I took it to Sprint they attempted to fix the network issues. When that didn’t work they told me to take it to the Apple store. What better time to do that then on my way home from the memorial run.
When I got there they were bizzzzzzzyyyy. The place was set up pretty modern with long tables set up in three rows of four. Two greeters at the door, a dozen or more tech crew people inside. The tech who helped me said that 80% of what they do is tech support.
They had my situation figured out in minutes. They also told me to bring my Apple products to them and avoid the carrier as it would cut out the middle man hassle and probably be faster. He also told me that if it was a network related issues they could always call the carrier and get if figured out.
